1954 Fender Stratocaster - first year of production for the Strat and a hardtail to boot

Original 1963 Fender® Strat® Sunburst. Pro refret. Includes Bill of Sale from 1964. 150 bux, a little stiff for back then. Just goes to show, even back then, dealers charged too much for vintage strats!!. Don’t know if the case mixup was from back then, as this one has a late 50’s tweed case in very good condition. A naturally aged vintage “Relic®”. Plays great sounds great and will enhance your greatness a great deal.

Hmm…might be time to replace those power supply capacitors!  Over time, the end seals begin to leak, allowing the electrolyte inside to evaporate.  This causes reduced capacitance and increased heat, which in turn causes further evaporation of electrolyte. If the amp isn’t serviced, you’ll end up with an ugly situation like the one above. When your capacitors aren’t doing their job, it stresses your transformer and will eventually burn it out completely.  So bring that old tube amp in for service! 

Here’s a great playing/sounding/looking Fender® Tele®. Light weight swamp ash copper finish 52 re-issue body w/plastic 3 ply turtle pickguard. 52 re-issue bridge w/serial# and 3 brass barrel saddles. Very nice full feeling quartersawn 67/68 style maple cap neck w/medium tall frets, No-Caster type decal and vintage tinted laquer finish. Full size tapped texas sumthin’ or nuther neck pickup and No-caster (I think) bridge pickup. 4 position switch configured, Humbucker, single coil neck, neck and bridge single coil and of course bridge single coil. This all adds up to a great lookin’ and playin’ telefiddle. It really oozes custom shop quality but at a far more reasonable price. Original hardshell case too.

1968 Gibson ES-335 - professionally refretted, vintage black barrel speed knobs added a long time ago, otherwise all original - narrow block inlays, trapeze tailpiece, acrylic saddles on tune-o-matic bridge, patent number pickups - this one looks, feels and sounds great!
